This policy explains what Aureon Bank Statement Converter, operated by Aureon Energy System, does with your information.

Your statement and password

Your PDF is opened, unlocked and converted inside your own browser. It is never uploaded. We never receive your statement, its password, your account details or your transactions, so we cannot store, read or share them. The converter pages carry a security rule that tells your browser to block them from sending data to any other website.

What we do store

When you pay, we store the Razorpay order ID, the Razorpay payment ID, the amount and the time. This is needed to confirm your payment, answer support questions and keep accounts. It is kept for as long as the law requires for financial records.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay in a separate payment tab that does not have your statement. Razorpay collects the details needed to take the payment (such as your UPI ID, card or bank details, and phone number or email) under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your card number, UPI PIN or banking passwords.

Stored in your browser

Your Tally ledger rules and the 24-hour unlock for a paid statement are saved only in your own browser. You can delete them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
