Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can convert a statement and check the full preview free of charge before you pay, so you know exactly what you are buying. Payment of ₹99 unlocks the Excel, CSV and Tally downloads for that statement for 24 hours.

When you get a full refund

• You were charged but the downloads did not unlock.
• You were charged more than once for the same statement.
• The downloaded file does not match your statement and we cannot correct the problem within 2 working days of your report.

When a refund is not available

• The file was downloaded and matches the statement, and you no longer need it.
• The statement was from a bank or in a format the converter does not list as supported, which the free preview shows before payment.

How to ask for a refund

Email elomukx@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_) and a short description of the problem. Do not send your statement. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Cancellation

There is no subscription and nothing to cancel: each payment covers one statement. A payment that fails or is abandoned is not charged; if money was deducted for a failed payment, it is returned automatically by Razorpay or your bank.

Delivery

This is a digital service. The files are created in your browser and delivered as downloads immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped.
