How much does it cost?
Converting and previewing is free. Downloading costs ₹99 per statement, paid securely through Razorpay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet, and unlocks the Excel, CSV and Tally files for that statement for 24 hours on the same device.
Which statements work?
State Bank of India statements in PDF form, whether emailed by the bank or downloaded from its website. More banks will be added as each one is tested on real statements.
Can I upload a scanned statement?
Not yet. The PDF has to contain real text, which is what you get from SBI directly. A photo or scan of a printed statement won't convert.
What if a row is flagged?
A flagged row means its balance doesn't match the calculation, or the totals differ from the bank's summary. Compare the row with your PDF, click the cell to correct it, and the check runs again. Please review your file before relying on it for filings.
How do I import the file into Tally?
First make sure your bank ledger and any ledgers in your rules exist in the Tally company. Then use Tally's import option for vouchers and select the XML file. Anything without a matching rule goes to your default ledger, ready to reclassify.
Do you see my transactions?
No. Your file is converted inside your browser and is never sent to us, so there is nothing for anyone to see or keep. Your ledger rules are stored only in your own browser.
